The Story Of Miller's Point
Amber Miller started Miller's Point because there was a need for a men's store that sells everything to go from the office to the field.
What does "from the office to field" mean?
Miller's Point sells everything you need to look presentable at the office, as well as to enjoy your weekend. Our mission is to make sure you are prepared for any situation that might arise, whether you are at work and need a new tie or you are headed out for the weekend hunt.
We started with a store in Nacogdoches. After some time, a website was added and finally a store in Tyler.
There was a store there called High Cotton. It gave us a lot of inspiration for what a men's store should be. The store created an atmosphere that you could go to and be welcomed like an old friend. In 2017, Miller's Point got the opportunity to buy out High Cotton and improve a staple of Tyler, Texas.
Along the way, Miller's Point started our own brand: Miller's Provisions Co., Supplies + Goods.
Miller’s Point was a lifelong dream for a Stephen F. Austin State University alum and East Texas resident. When the historic local department store closed, it left a need for a men’s clothing outfitter in Nacogdoches, Texas. In 2013, Fashion Merchandising degree in hand, owner Amber Miller set out to fulfill that need and watched her vision come to life on the red brick streets of The Oldest Town in Texas.
Since its opening, Miller’s Point has experienced unprecedented growth, both locally and nationally, and is now proud to serve customers worldwide. Boasting two brick and mortar stores and an online presence, Miller’s Point has quickly become a household Southern name.
