Shipping Policies



Free shipping is shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders placed are typically processed same day, but could take up to three days for processing. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. Please allow 2-5 days ship time once USPS or UPS receives the package. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to natural disasters, weather events, holidays, etc.

We Make it a Point to Ship Fast

Miller's Point takes pride in delivering your products as fast as possible. Most packages are delivered faster than the stated ship times but delays do occur that are beyond our control.

 In-store Pickup

Some products displayed on the website are not available at certain locations. If you would like to purchase these items, please select the location that you would like to pick up at. Deliveries typically occur every day and are ready for pick up by the opening of business the following day. If you need something faster, please let us know and we will work with your situation..

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return per the following terms. Please email or call 1-844-670-7099 to submit your return request.



Items must be returned in new condition in their original packaging with tags still attached. Items must be unworn/unused/unwashed. If items fall below these standards, they will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the additional shipping costs incurred.


Gift cards, cosmetics, grooming products, undergarments and final sale/clearance items are all considered final sale and are not eligible for return.


Damaged items should be reported to Miller’s Point within three days of delivery to be eligible for return.


Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.


If your return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery, Miller’s Point will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A refund will be issued within 10-15 days in the original method of payment.


After 14 days, you are responsible for shipping costs. A refund will be issued within 10-15 days as a merchandise credit.


You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed and your refund or merchandise credit has been issued.


We recommend insuring your package and keeping all shipping receipts until your return is processed, as Miller’s Point is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
